Personal training + coaching combines expert guidance in movement with personalized support for your overall well-being. This approach goes beyond just workouts—it helps you set realistic goals, build sustainable habits, and stay accountable. With tailored fitness plans and one-on-one coaching, you'll gain the tools to move in a way that feels good while prioritizing your mental and emotional health.
COST: $200/session or $700 for a pack of 4.
Group Virtual Workouts
Join me for virtual workout classes designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency—all from the comfort of your home!
📅 Schedule:
🔹 Monday – Spin + Core & Stretch (5:45 AM PST) – A high-energy, music-driven 30-minute ride to boost endurance, followed by 15 minutes of core work and stretching.
🔹 Tuesday – Full-Body Strength + Core & Stretch (5:45 AM PST) – A 30-minute strength workout targeting all major muscle groups, followed by 15 minutes of core work and stretching.
🔹 Thursday – Focused Strength + Core & Stretch (5:45 AM PST) – A 30-minute strength session focusing on a specific muscle group (upper body, lower body), followed by 15 minutes of core work and stretching.

Dietitian Classes
Work on setting meaningful goals, building the skills to achieve them, and staying accountable to your progress.
Includes access to 4 nutrition classes taught by a dietitian. Perfect for anyone seeking support and guidance without the exercise component.
Cost: $200
Classes held every other Wednesday at 5 pm PST via Zoom. Class is 1 hour
